5-10% of valves often cause 90% of valve related problems. Knowing which valves need to be overhauled when, along with possible pre-ordering of spare parts, allows us to dramatically reduce cost and turnaround time.

Acoustic Leak Detection (ALD) for on-off valves, PreVenTest for safety valves and our own Control Valve Diagnostics (CV-D) are just some of the inspection tools that we have at our disposal. 

We are also well-versed in interpreting data from smart positioners irrespective of brand (Fisher, Samson, Metso, Siemens, Florwerve, Masoneilan), giving additional insights into the operation of critical valves.

We have well-equipped workshops that can efficiently revise hundreds of valves during a turnaround. Our services include, logistics, cleaning, dismantling, inspection, spare parts, repair, reverse engineering, modification, testing, reinstallation and commissioning.

All work is carried out by highly trained and motivated professionals. All work is meticulously documented in our IRIS database, creating a full auditable trail that is available on-line 24/7 for asset owners to view.

Should defects be found during inspection and replacement of the part is not an option, then we apply the following approach:

• A draft repair plan is created and thoroughly discussed with you (and if applicable the notified body).
• Upon agreement the repair plan is expanded with more details like hold and witness points for you, QC, IVG, KVG and notified body. 
• Subsequently, we can execute in full compliance with the repair plan, correct welding procedures, qualifications and quality control. 

Should certain damages keep reoccurring or should your production conditions have changed, we are ready to discuss options to modify your valves so that they meet your expectations. 

Apart from making recommendations, we can also execute the modification, in full compliance with the notified body.
 

We document everything we know about and do to your valves in our IRIS database. Apart from methodically building up the data for QA/QC documentation, this allows you – the valve owner – to see exactly what is happening to your valve when it is in our workshop. 

Over time this historic data - inspection results, modifications, test results – is invaluable for our technicians as they assess how to repair your valves. If a certain valve shows the same damage as the last time, then different repair techniques can be considered. 

We are brand-independent, so we have extensive stocks of spare parts for control valves, shut-off valves, regulator valves and pressure safety valves.

We can also scan valve parts, reverse engineer them if necessary and then have them manufactured, so they can be back in operation as soon as possible.
