• Challenging and/or intervening in unsafe acts or conditions.

• Discussing safety incidents, interventions and improvements openly with colleagues and management.

• Taking ownership for safety and accepting responsibility for own actions.

• Accepting intervention openly and with a positive attitude.

• Being accepted amongst colleagues and peers as an acknowledged leader in safety matters.

• Being accepted amongst colleagues and peers as a source of guidance and advice relating to safety.

• Consistently demonstrating individual and team development in safety.

• Delivering exceptional safety performance to agreed schedules.

• Making significant improvements to Stork's safety culture and working practices.

• Demonstrating positive safety intervention that has had a notable impact on safety conditions.

• Intervening to prevent a significant incident and/or injury from occurring.
