We are ready to assess your particular situation. We validate the as-is situation (including bringing your asbestos, NORM, and other registers up-to-date) and get agreeance on the to-be situation. We then specify how the situation is optimally remediated (equipment, standards, processes). If required, we have qualified chemist partners who can help specify the optimal chemical additives, considering cost, speed and environmental considerations.

We have the tools in-house and ready to go. For example: we have (ultra) high pressure jetting units to clean your heat exchangers and the vacuum removal units to decontaminate tanks and vessels. We have chemical treatment baths that are ideal for decontaminating spools and valves by soaking / pickling. If required, we can speed up the cleaning process by heating this closed-loop system to 80oC. By definition, we execute our scopes with multidisciplinary teams.

Should multiple contractors be required for the diverse scopes of work, then we are ready to provide overall coordination and in that way ensure aligned safety standards and minimize interface issues. While cleaning activities can be seen as one-off activities, continuous monitoring and maintenance of registers are ongoing activities that we can also provide.

If you have sand entering your inlet separator, then you might have gotten used to manual desanding. Apart from being dangerous work, it is often on the turnaround critical path.

Our Advanced Online Desanding (AOD) solution can efficiently desand your separator outside your turnaround period, typically avoiding production deferment and minimizing environmental impact. This solution avoids all the confined space requirements, is ATEX compliant (Zone II) and has minimal hook-up requirements.

We have an extensive track record in successfully delivering asbestos management and asbestos abatement projects in both on and offshore environments. We specialize in the removal of asbestos containing materials from hazardous environments whether it be routine gasket removal projects or complex decommissioning projects.
