Challenge

Freeport LNG is expanding its Regasification facility at Quintana Island, TX by building a new LNG export complex. This includes new gas feed pipeline, gas pre-treatment plant, three LNG trains, LNG tank and dock. 

Freeport LNG has required to define and implement an advanced and rigorous Risk Based Inspection (RBI) methodology to implement its Mechanical Integrity Inspection Program leading to world class Plant Maintenance Practices, to ensure long term, reliable and safe operation.
