The acquisition of parts of Fluor’s European industrial services business Stork has been successfully completed as of April 1, 2024 ("closing"). The signing took place in September 2023.

Stork UK Secures Three-Year Contract with Sellafield Ltd

IRVING, Texas and ABERDEEN, Scotland (October 19, 2023) – Fluor Corporation (NYSE: FLR) announced today that Stork UK, a Fluor company, has secured a three-year contract with Sellafield Ltd for its nuclear site in the United Kingdom. Fluor will recognize the contract value in the third quarter of 2023.

Stork Awarded Five-Year Asset Integrity Contract on the United Kingdom Continental Shelf

Stork, a Fluor company, has been awarded a five-year contract, plus five one-year extension options with London-based Harbour Energy. The contract extends Stork’s asset integrity services in the North Sea on Harbour Energy’s Armada, Everest, Lomond and Erskine (AELE) hub, and also extends services to Solan, the J-Area and the Great Britannia Area.
