F1 methodology for efficient turnarounds
Just as F1 Pit Stops, so must a Turnaround be planned and coordinated to effectively and efficiently execute the desired scope. F1 has 20 men in a Pit Crew, four tires to change, adjustments to be made... all in under 3 seconds.
Turnarounds must have defined scope objectives, assigned "Crews" to perform the tasks, and be able to make adjustments as required.
ALL IN AS SHORT A TIME AS POSSIBLE!
During this webinar, you will be briefed on how Stork applies best practices to execute Turnarounds with the coordination of an F1 Pit Crew.
