Highlighting the concealed cost of poor quality
Trade in fake goods is now 3.3% of world trade and rising. These goods, known as Counterfeit, Fraudulent and Suspect Items (CFSI), do not undergo the same strict quality assurance procedures as legitimate items, and often deviate from prescribed specifications.
This is a big issue in both B2C and B2B supply chains, and is becoming more widespread in all industries each year. CFSI can diminish the integrity of equipment, systems, structures and components. The inadvertent introduction or malicious insertion of CFSI within your supply chain could lead to significant production losses because of failure and to the occurrence of a security event.
In this webinar, Subject-Matter Experts Craig Sharp (Stork) and Gary Rushforth (Sellafield) will discuss the current trends in CFSI and provide insight on how to address the risks posed by CFSI
