Proudly running for 11 consecutive years, our Safer Together Annual Awards are a flagship event in the Stork calendar. Colleagues, clients and industry peers from all corners of the Stork world come together to prestigiously honour individuals and teams who demonstrate HSE excellence in three Award categories:

• We Care: For solid HSE values, humanitarian behaviours or selfless actions that are admired, respected or inspirational.
• We Support: For HSE collaborations between teams, job sites, customers, communities or regions.
• We Protect: For proactive HSE improvements, innovations, preventions, best practices or technologies.

The Safer Together Recognition Awards formally recognize actions that improve Stork’s HSE culture, performance and working practices. All Stork employees are eligible, with ad-hoc recognition presented for examples meeting bronze, silver or gold nomination criteria.

The life-saving rules have been created to keep our people safe. We have analysed the activities which hurt us the most and developed the life-saving rules to help prevent injuries in the future.

They are an indicator of high-risk activity that we’re involved in and provide a framework and guidance for safe operations.

At Stork, safety is our first core value. Our goals are simple: no accidents; no harm to people; and no harm to the environment. To put our safe value into practice, and help us achieve these goals, we have good Health, Safety and Environmental stewardship at the heart of our strategy and the way we do business. We believe safety is a team effort and that by working as a team we are Safer Together.
